Complaint in 54 Sheriffs et al. v. Hickenlooper. Fifty-four Sheriffs, the Colorado Farm Bureau, disabled citizens, hunting guides, Women for Concealed Carry, and other plaintiffs file suit against the Colorado bills that ban magazines, and that outlaw some temporary transfers of firearms. Update: the Complaint will be amended on May 20 to reflect the addition of Sheriff Rodney Johnson (Grand County), the 55th Sheriff.
